Founder Story & Eden's Mission
I built Eden after peeling back the onion of what was making me sick — and realizing abusing technology was the culprit.
I quit the alcohol. The Adderall. The anti-depressants I'd been on for ten years. Every layer came off and the pain was still there. Then it clicked: my dopamine was getting shot by big tech without my consent. Eight hours a day of scrolling, and none of it was my life.
So I built a protocol and ran it on myself. Screen time went from 8+ hours to 3 of deep work. I didn't just get my focus back — I got my life back. That protocol is Eden.

We're not here to fix your phone habits.
We're here to restore human wholeness.
In the beginning, humans were connected to their Source. Then the apple was bitten. The fall. Disconnection. Division.
Today, look up on any street, any train, any dinner table: most people are paying attention to devices instead of what they were brought here to do. We don't have to wait until death to reconnect. We can do it now.
Eden is a sacred, proven protocol — not to outcast technology, but to build a healthier relationship with it. Devices like Brick and Opal force people off their phones and work well, but they rarely solve the core issue. Eden does.
Our mission is for Eden to be the brand people turn to fully overcome compulsive technology use — and restore their attention to the present moment, the people around them, and life. We start with entrepreneurs and visionaries because once creators move from consuming to creating, the world becomes a more conscious, healthy, and connected place.
